They have been holding “Enjin 01 Culture Strategy Council Open College” in 2006 from Aizu02 to Aizu10 based on the principle of improving the cultural level and the cultural standard of Aizu region.

Taking advantage of this experience, in 2016, with the aim of improving the cultural level of young people and expanding their potential in the future, they started an interaction program with many cultural people and local adults.
